The voltage was back feeding from the video ground of the projector through the PS2 audio grounds and then to my stereo. I already read the info suggested above. I move the HU to the trunk where the AMP and the battery are located. I grounded the AMP and HU to the same place. I connected the AMP and HU to the battery. Still I have noise.I removed the noise filter and it made no difference. I connect only the RCA (short ones) between the AMP and HU.

Cumulative leakage currents and inductive coupling in the premises AC wiring system cause this voltage difference. It's not uncommon to have voltage differences of 100mV between the ground pins of two different receptacles. And this voltage difference can get much higher between two outlets on different branch circuits. For two grounded devices, this voltage will be impressed across the length of the signal cable shield and be directly added to the signal. Amp is in the trunk, head unit is under the front seat. Speaker cables are run down one side of the car and RCA and remote switch is run down the other side. Make A Ground Loop Isolator
I have a pioneer headunit and from what I've read they are susceptible to noise via RCA cables. I have tried everything and can get it sounding great if I install the ground loop isolator directly into the 4 channel amplifier. Only problem is, that situation forces me too put the isolator on 'backwards'. Meaning the male RCA's that say 'TO CD PLAYER' must be plugged into the amp and the female RCA's that say 'TO AMP' are connect with the main RCA cable going to the cd player. Everything seems to work but I'm worried I may be sacrificing sound quality or even worse potentially damaging my audio equipment. I've tried hooking it up cd player-side but it picks up noise from lots of random stuff in my dash.
